Jerami Grant is teaming up with KABOOM! to work towards ending playspace inequity.

The partnership kicked off last October with the installation of a state-of-the-art playground inspired by kids from the neighborhood around Jesse Warr Recreation center. Community members led the creation of the playground, from design to installation, including the kids who shared drawings of their dream playspaces with project organizers.

In July, participants from M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George's County, Jerami Grant's Hour Generation Foundation, and Markelle Fultz' Faithful 2 The Grind, LLC, joined forces to enhance the play opportunities at Jess Warr by installing a brand new multi-sport court. As a result, more than 700 children each year have access to a space where they can play, learn, and thrive that helps them unlock their greatest potential.
